About Us The Tip Top Crew
At Tip Top Crew, we specialise in the restoration and refinement of exceptional properties, delivering craftsmanship of the highest standard across the UK and internationally.
We are not a volume contractor. We are a specialist team brought in where precision, discretion, and uncompromising quality are required.
From period townhouses in London to heritage estates and bespoke international projects, our work is defined by detail, integrity, and a deep respect for the original structure.
Our Philosophy
Every property has a story.
Our role is not to overwrite it, but to restore, enhance, and elevate it — carefully balancing traditional craftsmanship with modern standards of living.
We believe true quality lies beneath the surface. While finishes matter, it is the unseen work — the structural integrity, the precision behind every line, and the longevity of materials — that defines a truly successful project.
What We Do
Tip Top Crew specialises in high-end property restoration, refurbishment, and bespoke upgrades.
Our work includes:
- Full heritage restorations

We are often engaged on complex properties where experience, problem-solving, and craftsmanship are critical.
Our Approach
We take a measured, considered approach to every project.
Before work begins, we take the time to fully understand the property — its structure, its history, and its potential. This allows us to anticipate challenges, protect original features, and deliver outcomes that feel both authentic and refined.
Our team operates with professionalism and discretion at all times, working seamlessly within private residences and high-value environments.
Craftsmanship Without Compromise
At the core of Tip Top Crew is a commitment to doing things properly.
We work with skilled tradespeople who take pride in their craft, ensuring every element — from structural work to the final finish — meets the highest standards.
We do not cut corners, and we do not rush work. Quality takes time, and our clients trust us to deliver results that stand the test of time.
UK-Based, Internationally Trusted
While we are based in the UK, our work extends across international projects, supporting clients who require a trusted team capable of delivering consistent standards wherever the property is located.
Our ability to adapt to different environments, regulations, and project requirements has made us a reliable partner for both domestic and overseas work.
